Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must be unopened and in original packaging
  • Opened or used products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at hello@wavyvapes.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at hello@wavyvapes.com with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.
